PX focus models offer over 80 Platinum efficiency. If you're using a Focus GX, your setup is at 80+ Gold efficiency.
For my AMD configuration, it's not high-end. I have an old Athlon II CPU and an HD7770 GPU. Detailed specs with images are available in my profile.
The RTX 40-series tends to face less intense transient power spikes compared to the RTX 30-series GPUs.

This GPU can reach around 178W under maximum settings.
This applies similarly when comparing data from TechPowerUp, where the spike reaches up to 169W.
Assuming roughly 200W for the GPU plus about 200W for the rest of the system (including the 65W CPU), that's approximately 400W total. This comfortably exceeds a 650W PSU, even with ample headroom for CPU and GPU performance.
