Budget between $300 and $500 for a non-gaming laptop.
There are many laptops available with various specifications. I’m unsure which ones are best, especially regarding CPUs. This is just for browsing and watching movies or YouTube. No gaming involved. The budget isn’t tight but should cover what I need, around $300 to $500, right? I found these on Amazon and thought I’d share them here.
I need at least 8GB of memory. I already have a 1TB external drive, though an internal drive would be more convenient if I want to save money. Since I’m watching videos, I’d like a 15-inch screen as well. All ideas are welcome!
Also, I prefer shopping on Amazon because I have a lot of points saved (about $100).

From this selection, I would suggest you examine this option. You can keep the laptop for an extended period and also carry it around. The Ryzen-powered laptop you mentioned is decent, but if you plan to use it for longer durations, I recommend considering the middle ground—Ryzen 5 with at least 16GB of RAM. Would you be interested in small luxury features such as a backlit keyboard on your laptop purchase?
I purchased the Acer from Amazon. I used my points for a discount and might add another stick of memory soon. Appreciate your assistance.
