Looking for BTF expansion packs, I noticed Premium was affordable. Does Premium include all the packs? Also, is there a pack that provides every expansion pack?

Premium offers full access, including the battlebacks released before you upgraded. Once you log in again as a premium member, all those items show up in Battlelog. The only downside is missing the 2XP events that occurred earlier.

It's a one-time purchase linked to your Origin account. You'll keep it indefinitely without needing renewal. If you purchase from a different digital distributor, it will be activated using the keycode. In Battlelog, you'll see Premium next to your username.
