Hello there! I've been working for a long time to resolve the BSOD issue on my new HP Victus 15 Laptop.
The specifications are: HP Victus 15 RTX 4060 with Ryzen 5 8645hs, integrated GPU, and 16 GB DDR5 5600MHz RAM.
The problem is I keep getting BSODs and I'm unsure why. I've experienced 4-5 of them since last week.
I discovered the issue might be linked to the Omen Gaming Hub program, which controls fan profiles, and it happens randomly—especially during browsing or when idle.
I have some BSOD examples here. Also, I suspect the Logitech G102 mouse from my previous setup could be involved.
Could this be a driver or hardware problem? Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
Through WinDBG I observe these files:
ntkrnlmp.exe
amdppm.sys
Verify if your laptop requires any BIOS updates. Then manually install the newest chipset driver from the provided link:
https://www.amd.com/en/support/down...ze...645hs.html
In an elevated command, such as right-clicking the installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
What power plans are you currently using on your laptop?

Hey! I've already updated my BIOS to the latest version. I wasn't aware I needed to update the AMD chipset driver, so I'll install it now. Are there any clues in the minidump files about the AMD? What kind of power plans are you using on your laptop? Depends, but most of the time I use quiet mode that restricts both CPU and GPU, keeping temperatures low and fans quiet.

Can I perform a fresh system reset and stop using the Omen Gaming Hub for a while?

I've already cleaned up the OS, but it looks like the Logitech G102 Mouse's drivers might have been the issue. Still unsure, but I'm testing further.
