Running MemTest86 confirmed the issue. The online reports didn’t match the actual results. A BSOD occurred right after the last comment!
I thought the RAM was fine since the crashes kept happening. You might want to erase the drive entirely and begin anew. However, if you still have a warranty, consider letting it crash and show the crash diagnostic, then take it to the service center and request a refund.
The laptop is brand new and covered by warranty. I brought it in three times, but they claimed the BSOD didn’t occur during their tests! Even though I keep the dump files and present them to their "specialist," I’m hoping they’ll be convinced this time. Thanks for your time and effort.
They likely ran a basic check through the BIOS/UEFI. That’s the only step they can take. They won’t let you access your account or run tests. You’ll need to replace the whole system or its board—backup your data first!
