Hi, since November 20th my PC has been acting oddly. Generally everything works well, but occasionally it freezes for a few seconds—sometimes accompanied by sound. These freezes occur during games, when playing YouTube, or while idle. I haven’t identified the exact cause yet. Most of the time things return to normal and I can keep using the system; however, at times a BSOD appears followed by a complete reboot.

On November 20th: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (ntoskrnl.exe) (ntoskrnl.exe + 414fa0)
November 25th: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (ntoskrnl.exe) (ntoskrnl.exe + 414fa0)
November 26th: [empty] (ntoskrnl.exe) (ntoskrnl.exe + 414fa0)
November 26th: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT (ntoskrnl.exe) (ntoskrnl.exe + 414fa0)

What I attempted:
Swapped RAM modules (same sticks but swapped positions A2 / B2)
Performed disk scan
Detected errors linked to my Bluetooth driver
Conducted a full disk scan and applied an extra update manually
Subsequently, a new scan showed no issues
Operating system is up to date
All other drives are current (used Driver booster)

I’d really like to pinpoint the root cause if possible.

These issues might also stem from hardware or configuration settings. Initially, it's worth testing at the default speed and verifying memory health using tools like Memtest86.
For example, you can download programs such as OCCT that support this functionality on Windows.

Hi Mike, thanks for your response.
I ran memtest86 and it completed successfully with no errors. I kept the XMPO power on, thinking it might help resolve the problem.
Is there still a possibility something is wrong with my RAM even though memtest86 didn't detect any issues?

OCCT and the provided link are designed to run on Windows, so consider testing them as well in case of any Windows-related issues. A disk problem could also be a factor.

Somehow, I did nothing to my system since this post and the issue has not yet been back...
What is good news ofcourse, but also bad since I don't know what happened and what "fixed" it.
Ran both OCCT & Quickmemorytest, both came back negative - no errors/no issues.
The only thing I saw what was strange, was my memory benchmark results.
Green = same hardware, should my benchmarks be around the "best" then?

And immediately after uploading, another BSOD occurred.
🙁 DMP in OneDrive is accessible, file ID 120924-97484-01.dmp.
Any guidance on the next steps would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry for tagging you, but I'm having some issues.
Because the BSODs kept appearing, I purchased the following new components:
MSI MAG X670E Tomohawk WiFi motherboard
Corsair DDR5 Vengeance 2x16GB RAM
Samsung 990 PRO 2TB M.2 SSD
After receiving the hardware, I replaced everything and installed Windows 11 on the new M.2 drive (removed the old one). I'm not satisfied with Windows 11 Explorer, so I tried using tools like Explorer Patcher. I got a few more BSODs, but I suspect they might be related to Explorer Patcher. I performed a full clean installation of Windows 11.
Still, I keep getting BSODs and it's really frustrating!
I received three BSODs just while typing this message... I really need some extra help to figure out what's happening.
Could it be my CPU? It seems like the graphics card might be the problem now, given that I switched to a completely new motherboard and RAM.
