Hi, I'm trying to assist with my custom-built PC that I've been using without issues until now. Recently, I've encountered BSOD problems during startup. It appears as a blurry screen with four BSODs at the top and no display on the bottom. Initially, there were colored lines on the bottom half that only appeared once. To fix it, I had to force shutdown and restart, after which everything worked perfectly. The issue only occurs when the PC is off for a while, not when I turn it back on. I'm unsure if this is related to my graphics card, though it seems unusual since the system is only a year old and new. My setup includes:
- TuF gaming X570 plus - 4 years old
- 16GB T force RAM with diagnostic test – RAM appears normal
- Deep cool liquid cooler LT720 - 8 months old
- Corsair 850w Power supply gold+ - 4 years old
- Ryzen 7 5800x - 8 months old
- XFX AMD RX 6800 16GB SWFT 319 - 8 months old

Issue during startup could stem from a PSU needing a surge of power. It might be worth trying to obtain another PSU for diagnosis, and also consider using a cheaper GPU to rule out that as a cause.
Thanks for your reply. I went through some troubleshooting with ChatGPT last night to try to understand the issue. ChatGPT is really helpful and has made a big difference. I performed an SVS scan which resolved some errors, and I managed to adjust the directory in regedit for the minidump file. However, today I still experienced another BSOD. This time, thanks to ChatGPT, I was able to save the minidump file successfully. I asked ChatGPT about the problem, but I prefer getting help directly from you. It seems the issue might be related to audio drivers. Also, I’m wondering if there’s anything else I might have missed. Now I’ve opened the file with WinDbg and run a command to check what’s wrong. What’s the best way to upload the file here? I currently saved the bug analysis and all relevant details in Notepad.
