Prime 95 rounding issues might be behind all the BSODs. Consider increasing RAM power, which could resolve the problems.
OCCT also reported issues for the cores similar to the Prime. I tried a different CPU from another PC, and it worked fine. Also, could you clarify what you mean by "little"? I haven't adjusted the voltage on my PC, could you provide an example?
