I've encountered the same BSOD consistently throughout the day. I've attempted various fixes including reinstalling drivers, reseating components, and running tests. The performance monitor data never finishes processing, even after extended waiting periods. My system runs Windows 11 x64, originally a Windows 10 retail edition. The hardware is approximately three to four years old, featuring a Ryzen 9 5900X with an RTX 3080 graphics card. It was recently reinstalled about two to three months ago on an ASUS ROG Strix B550-E Gaming Super Flower Leadex SE Platinum 1000W build.

You've tried all the usual fixes and cleared the CMOS. The double booting suggests the issue might be with the CPU's mounting pressure or a bent pin. Since you have a PGA CPU, it seems likely the problem is with the mounting rather than the chip itself. Unless you've made a serious mistake during remounting, it should have resolved the issue. At this stage, it looks like the chip might be failing.

It was also occurring before the remount. I thought it might be similar, but I thoroughly checked all the pins and everything appeared fine... The temperatures seem normal. A dying mobo would be quite troublesome. The last thing that came to mind regarding the CPU was possibly residual thermal paste from a previous mount, which had some spilling over but that seems unlikely.

Does your mobile device come with a warranty? If it does, I'd contact support to arrange an RMA.

It seems the product might have used up its warranty. My Amazon records show it was bought about three years ago. I’ll need to contact them for confirmation. While you wait, feel free to share any other tips—preferably avoiding a full replacement of the motherboard.

Additional details I’ve been checking: in safe mode I’m not seeing any BSODs. After exiting safe mode I appeared on a Windows recovery screen and then BSODs returned. There was also a setup window asking to enable OneDrive, phone link, and other services—I chose none of them. All drivers appear current. Edit 2: I realized this approach was used when installing Windows 11 with a local account instead of a Microsoft account. When I run `ipconfig` in the terminal it shows all adapters are disconnected, yet my internet works. Unclear if these are connected. Edit 3: When I try to open the terminal as an admin, I get an error saying it’s not installed. After restarting it works fine. I’m wondering if there’s a software problem with that. @OddOod any advice?

Your motherboard is going wild. Contact customer support for assistance. If they can't help, you're in a tough spot. Apologies for the trouble.
