Hi everyone!
I built a completely new PC for myself last November, and it hasn’t been smooth. I faced several freezes, reboots, black screens, and BSODs at random times. I updated all drivers using Cleaner, ran a 16-hour memory test from BIOS, scanned for viruses, cleaned up registry errors, but the BSOD still occurs. Things are slowly improving, but it’s still an issue. I’m exhausted and really need help identifying what’s causing the problem.

Here’s my PC setup:
CPU: Intel® Core™ i9-14900KS 3.20 GHz
GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 4090 Ventus 3X E OC 24 GB
Motherboard: ASUS ROG Maximus Z790 Hero
PSU: ASUS ROG Netzteil THOR-1000P2-GAMING 1000 W
RAM: 2 x Corsair DDR5-RAM Vengeance 6600 MHz (32 GB each)
SSD: 1 x Samsung 990 Pro (4000 GB, M.2 2280) + 1 x Samsung 990 Pro (1000 GB, M.2 2280)
Cooler: ASUS ROG Ryujin III 360 ARGB

I also have the DMP files attached:

15.03.2025.dmp

I hope someone can help me solve this once and for all.

Ensure you've installed all necessary drivers for your motherboard or platform yourself; look for sources here.

Install drivers through an elevated command, such as right-clicking the installer and selecting Run as Administrator, or let the operating system handle the download and installation automatically.
Regarding motherboards, which BIOS version are you using?
I've cleaned up all drivers with ccleaner, but that was a mistake. Avoid relying on third-party apps to check for updates.
DropBox indicates that 15.03.2025.dmp has downloading issues, though the first file appears with intelppm.sys as the trigger when using WinDBG.

I installed all the drivers via that page, including BIOS and firmware (and also the GPU drivers from the nvidia site), except for 'rog game first VI'. After running a check by running as administrator, I noticed the SATA driver was missing (possibly causing crashes).
The BIOS version is 2801.
You're correct about CCLeaner—I only updated a few audio and Bluetooth drivers using it. It keeps suggesting updates for Intel SMBus-7A23 and Intel SPI (flash) Controller 7A24. I’m unsure what those are, but the Intel tool indicates everything should be up to date.
Concerning the final part of your message, I wasn’t downloading anything and was just watching a livestream. It’s not very clear, but I think the issue might be related to 'intelppm.sys'. What could I try?
