BSOD 11 error, driver not loaded without stopping any tasks
today i encountered a BSOD with code DRIVER_UNLOADED_WITHOUT_CANCELLING_PENDING_OPERATIONS. this is the second occurrence, it occurred immediately after quitting a game i was playing, and it happened in both instances across different games. i attempted diagnostics and fixes previously—removed graphics drivers, reinstalled them, ran driver scans, and executed DISM and SFC in CMD. everything seemed normal until today. i’m attaching the BlueScreenViewer results from the minidump, as WinDbg isn’t opening them on my PC. this might require BlueScreenView instead. pc specs: system info link, intel core i7-12700k, motherboard msi mpg z690, carbon wifi, corsair icue h100i, elite lcd, gaming x trio, ram 32gb platinum rgb 5600mhz, psu focus gx-850 850w. more details if needed.
Just received a random restart without a blue screen this time.
