I've faced problems with my second-hand 3070. Initially, it was locked to a low resolution and displayed code 43. Updating drivers didn't help, and Windows would crash. I flashed the BIOS but it still crashed upon booting. Sometimes moving the GPU improved performance or made it worse. I added GPU support and placed it under the slot, which resolved the issue. Now it works perfectly. I'm hesitant to handle it anymore after spending hours trying fixes, though I suspect my 3060 might have fixed the drivers on my PC.
