I own a Brother HL-2380DW multi-function printer that prints when I make a copy or scan something. However, when I try to print from the computer, it doesn't work. Any suggestions?

And I will include the following queries:
How is the printer linked – via network, USB, wireless, or Bluetooth?
Did the printer and its features function properly before, or has it stopped working completely or has it never operated correctly?

Are I checking if the complete driver package was obtained from their site?

It will produce printed copies and scans. The 'Print' feature in software isn't functioning.

Review the default printer configurations.
In the Oval Search box select Printers and scanners.
Ensure all adjustments are accurate. Examine and read thoroughly.
If everything is correct and only the directly connected multi-function printer functions work, attempt a verified USB cable and other ports.
If that fails:
As suggested by @dwd999
: Restart the drivers.
Should printing remain problematic, revert the multi-function printer to its original factory settings.
