Brother Control Center 4 launches in an empty window
I own a Brother Business Smart Pro Series MFC-J6920DW running Windows 10.
Over the past few years, I've encountered an issue where Brother's Control Center 4 appears as a blank box. I searched on Brother's website for guidance and attempted their recommendations:

They advised downloading and installing the CC4 Upload Tool. However, this didn't resolve the problem. Brother also mentioned a potential conflict with Bitdefender antivirus, which I use:

I added exceptions for CC4 in Bitdefender, restarted my computer, but nothing changed—the Control Center still opened blank.
Eventually, I reached out to Brother's support, but they couldn't provide a clear solution.
I verified the drivers on Windows and confirmed they were up to date. A forum suggested possible compatibility issues with HP software, so I removed "HPPrint" files and restarted again—no improvement.
If I reinstall the software, it functions temporarily, but then the Control Center returns to a blank screen.
Anyone else with a Brother "all-in-one" experience have faced this issue on Windows? Do you know the cause or how to fix it?

You can upload your screens to places like www.imgur.com and share them here. This shows the software functions properly. However, it sometimes stops responding when certain conditions are met. My recommendation would have been to check what was discussed before. It’s possible the issue is with the software’s planned obsolescence. For example, reinstalling the software might work until it verifies your printer is out of support, at which point it stops functioning. This is just one possibility among others. But once you share your screens, we can investigate further.
