Turns on, but no post. HD and power lights are always on. Fans work, there is definitely power in there. Checked all the connections, everything seems ok. Only thing I didn't do it reseat the CPU because its a pain in the butt. Could it be something else or the cpu?

What X58 board and processor are you running? Could you share more details about your system setup? I need to know the exact specs because X58 has specific requirements. Remember, it was strict about RAM placement—especially with triple channel configurations—and some boards didn’t support certain numbers of modules. Since it doesn’t have an integrated GPU, do you require a dedicated graphics card? Also, have you inspected the CPU socket for any bent or damaged pins?

Asus Rampage III setup is perfect. I haven’t used the board recently, but it performed well the last time. Probably need to replace the CPU.
