That’s not a strong choice. There’s no such thing as being “bottlenecked by the PSU.” It either functions properly or the power supply fails completely. While the voltage is good during operation, it still works from the user’s point of view. A 500W unit would be more reliable. Something like the Neo or Neo Eco Zen Gold from Antec could work well. I don’t know your location to recommend specific models, and you probably don’t need to spend much on a PSU.
