They share a similar name but differ mainly in model type. The 7500 performs better than the previous 4570 model. Intel's progress has been limited, offering only small improvements in performance compared to earlier generations.

I've played Half Life Alyx on multiple setups and noticed performance limits. Your CPU and GPU likely won't keep up, especially with the game's demands. I've seen stutters before, which I think were caused by a CPU bottleneck in certain situations. This might be linked to how Oculus devices use a translation layer between Oculus and SteamVR, forcing both APIs to handle tracking data at the same time. That extra processing puts more strain on your CPU. Even without considering the GPU, running it on a Quest 2 with an RX 580 would be tough unless you're okay with lower image quality.
