Good evening, no worries if I missed the point. I just upgraded to an I5-14600K with 32GB DDR5 6400 and a new motherboard. I own a 2070 Armor and am curious about potential bottlenecks and whether a budget GPU upgrade would be wise. Thanks!

You don't need to stress over your CPU being limited. It won’t slow down just because your GPU isn’t fast enough for it. A 4070 Super or even a 9070 XT makes sense as an upgrade when you can afford it. In CPU-intensive games, you’ll notice a boost in frame rate and lower frame drops even with a 2070.
