Hello everyone, I hope someone can assist me.
I own a very nice prebuilt Corsair Vegeance PC with all my peripherals connected via Wi-Fi. I have a Hyeku G706W wireless mechanical keyboard and a Logitech G502 Mouse, both of which have been excellent choices.
Recently, without warning, the PC screen locked while I was at my corner store buying a few items and then heading home. Right away, it became obvious something was amiss.
I’m unable to get either device to work, even though I insist on charging them properly. The FN key on my keyboard keeps flashing (likely indicating low battery), so I’ve been charging it overnight, but my mouse is completely unresponsive.
Even entering a pin to access my desktop is nearly impossible. This situation feels very strange. I’ve tried searching online and consulted a tech-savvy friend, but nothing seems to work.
At this point, I’m just hoping they can help me charge everything overnight. If that doesn’t work, could you please guide me through a full Windows 11 reset? I really believe it might fix the issue.
I also want to mention I’ve removed all components, unplugged the power supply for several minutes, and then tried reconnecting them one by one—without success.
Additionally, I’m open to the idea of a complete system reset if it would help. If you think that could be useful, I’m very willing to try.
Thank you all for your support.
