I’m a beginner setting up my PC. I have a Ryzen 7 5800X with a TUF Gaming B550M-P board. When I powered it on, the fans began spinning, confirming it was working. But it didn’t connect to any screen or GPU. A few lights flickered before settling on two colors—dimmer yellow and bright white. I’m trying to understand how to check the BIOS version using the serial number, similar to what’s available for MSI boards, and I also want to know what these colors signify. I don’t see this info on the ASUS site.

The board must allow BIOS flashback, enabling updates even without a functional CPU. Refer to the motherboard manual for lighting details. The 5800X lacks an integrated graphics card, meaning the motherboard's video ports won't function; a separate discrete GPU is required.
