Hey there. I’m not really into RPGs, usually. The combat feels a bit stiff, and the number of items is overwhelming. I’ve tried Skyrim before but didn’t enjoy it much—bugs and a world that didn’t quite click. Dragon Age was okay until now, but the new game stands out with smooth combat, customizable characters, and dragon battles that impress. The visuals are great, and I think my system should handle it. It seems like the open world is solid, with plenty of interaction and side quests. There’s not too much grinding, which is a plus. What I dislike most about RPGs is giving up easily. What are your thoughts on this game?
It's still coming. Hold off on preorders after all the nonsense EA has done. I'd rather be surprised than let down.
I haven’t played Dragon Age, but I’ve watched some Inquisition videos. Do you really think you can play it with just one character at a time? That might be why you’re hesitant.
In reality, taking on just one character is unusual; most games let you manage multiple characters. If it resembles other Dragon Age titles, you control one and can switch as you wish. The others are handled by AI, with options to adjust their behavior to your preference. You can enjoy the game without interacting with other players, but adding depth comes from deciding who you control.
I’m planning to play Dragon Age Inquisition—I enjoyed the first two, though the second felt missing compared to the first (especially the absence of Morrigan). FPS games have been underwhelming lately. Still, I’m optimistic about the upcoming Fallout, TES, and a new title from Metro 2033 and LL.
Oh man, it's a great game! Specially the pancake eating competition against the demon overlord and how the subtle, yet emotionally strong crossover with Mass Effect climaxed with those Reapers doing the Flashdance routine while the universe imploded and... Oh wait.... The game isn't out yet.
