I received a fresh monitor for Christmas last night with a 144Hz refresh rate. I started testing it today by downloading Borderlands The Pre Sequel to see how it performs. I noticed my GPU is operating between 20-30% and the frame rate hovers around 80 FPS, while the CPU stays at 60-70%. There are occasional spikes reaching 200 FPS, but they’re infrequent. Does this suggest Vsync is enabled, which would make sense at 144fps but isn’t active?
