Hey there, whenever I press the power button, the PC starts and then briefly goes dark before lighting up again. This happens for about one to eight seconds. It’s been happening for some time now. I suspected a corrupt registry might be the cause, so I ran the bootrec commands, but they didn’t fix it. A fresh Windows install also failed. The Windows Repair Tool said it couldn’t repair the system, yet the log showed the OS booted successfully. Could it be related to a power supply issue?

It's triggered when your motherboard turns on during POST. Possible reasons include overclock instability or memory issues. Consider resetting CMOS and updating BIOS to check if the problem continues. Your Windows isn't related to this issue.
