Hi everyone, I'm experiencing this odd problem where my PC runs perfectly fine, but switching a RAM stick caused the system to fail completely. I've tried all the RAM modules and even changed the CMOS battery, but nothing works. The only solution was resetting the 24-pin connector. Could it be related to the MOBO?

But I think it's still covered under warranty. I purchased it in February last year. How do I check if the issue is with the PSU or the MOBO?

It's also odd that the issue appears after swapping the RAM sticks without using the 24-pin connector.

It's really unusual. The only sure way is to try each one individually and check their performance.

You might want to check the indicators near the CPU labels—what hues do those small LEDs display?
