Hi, I assembled a PC for editing two days ago and it keeps looping when the RAM profile is set to DOCP.
Specs:
- AMD Ryzen 2700x
- Asus Rog Strix B450-F Gaming
- Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3200 PC4-25600 CL16 Dual Channel Memory Kit CMW16GX4M2E3200C16
I purchased these to replace my old rig (FX 9590), using the same HDD, GPU, and PSU (EVGA 750 Gold Certified).
The Corsair RAM is XMP certified but not compatible with Ryzen. After turning on DOCP and leaving everything auto, the PC would loop after saving settings. Once a few failures occurred, it would reset back to original settings. I’m looking for a solution and am open to swapping the RAM if needed. I also tried updating the BIOS, but that didn’t help.
