When I power it up, the system repeatedly loops at code 60 before restarting. After several cycles, it connects to BIOS. During boot, it informs me Windows requires fixing. But if I keep pressing enter, it eventually bypasses the troubleshooting screens and displays the Windows logo along with orbs. Over time, it triggers a blue screen with a sideways face, indicating a problem that needs a reboot. The process then restarts in BIOS, and the loop persists.

Generally it’s the PSU (checking age of the motherboard) or the RAM that might be the issue, not just the drive. It could also be another component, so I’ll start by examining parts. A memtest86 run is a good next step—it won’t require changing anything else. You can also try a usebenchmark test; it’s often frustrating but really helpful for diagnosing problems.
