I created a clone of my old boot SSD and connected the new one as the boot drive. After installing, Windows prompted startup repair but indicated it couldn’t fix the issue automatically. What steps should I take next?

It's possible you made a mistake, and if so, we can adjust the SATA connections on your motherboard.
