Which stick or two sticks of RAM are you using? Do you have any GPU? How did you reset the CMOS?
2 sticks, no GPU usage, replaced battery, tested various CR2032 cells, and used jumpers.

Have you tried using just one stick of RAM in different slots? I noticed a cooler in your photo—did you replace it? Or could the pressure from the current cooler be too high?
Sure, I've also used the stock cooler, but it doesn't work that way.
