The latest update from today includes vanguard with TPM 2.0 and secure boot enabled. I have TPM 2.0 installed, but I’m having trouble locating the secure boot setting in MSI Click BIOS for my MSI B250M Pro-VD motherboard. Can someone guide me through the process?

Your bio needs to be UEFI enabled to proceed with that request

I tried but couldn't locate the secure boot setting. It might be tucked away in the BIOS settings, so let me know if you want help finding it.

In the bios section, you searched using the default search bar and received the same results as me.

I can't display images directly. However, I can describe what secure boot of your BIOS involves or guide you on how to view related documentation. Let me know how you'd like to proceed!

That's an earlier version of the bio, but it's still recognizable. You could refresh it if needed, though I wouldn't unless there were concerns about it.

You can try different options to get around the issue. To activate secure boot, follow the manufacturer’s instructions carefully. If you need help enabling it, let me know and I can guide you through the steps.

The first picture you shared is the one where, after pressing secure boot, you click to enable or disable and then store the changes.

Windows 8 and 10 both support WHQL, but their implementations and features may differ.
