I recently swapped out my cooler thermally because the bracket was damaged. During the replacement, I installed a new cooler naturally. When I tried to start up, it got stuck in an endless loop—fans cycling up and down, RAM toggling, and the CPU light flashed "CPU." I took it to a repair shop and confirmed there were no bent pins, the PSU was functioning properly, and the GPU, motherboard, and CPU were all connected correctly. Any advice? This is my main computer for school and it’s not working right

Verify the CPU cooler installation and apply thermal paste. Ensure the fan from the cooler connects to the CPU_Fan header.
Thanks, but I've encountered this before... could the thermal paste inside the CPU socket be the issue?
