Your EFI drive could be corrupted. You might have made a mistake while installing Windows from Boot Camp. On a Hackintosh, a native installation would be better. You could potentially repair it using a recovery disk and reinstall the macOS loader you're currently using.

You installed Windows on the boot camp partition and then used macOS OS X RESEVD setup. Now you need to remove Windows from the partition and reinstall macOS.
