I encountered an issue while attempting to change my disk format from MBR to GPT for Windows upgrades. My main drive holds the system, while another drive runs the boot manager/loader for games. Using AOMEI Partition Assistant to copy the boot drive to the system drive didn’t succeed. I’ve tried other tools and followed their guidance, but nothing has worked yet. I’m trying to avoid a fresh installation if possible, but I need assistance instead of just starting over.

Perform the conversion using the offline method described. The tool will transform your disk and generate a fresh GPT partition. After completion, access BIOS settings, turn off the CSM feature, and ensure the Windows drive is listed as the primary boot device.
