When dealing with the tweaker that usually comes with most ASUS cards, installing the program simply presents you with a menu featuring sliders. I haven't used it recently on my 770, but one option is for voltage adjustment and another relates to overclocking (the middle choice). Keep in mind that using this software will boost your GPU usage and raise its temperature, so ensure your cooling system is robust enough to handle the increased load if you plan to overclock.
