I understand your concern about memory OC stability, especially since it can be more sensitive. Knowing the IC characteristics and required voltages makes it manageable. Delidding really helps, even without air cooling. The AVX workloads perform well at 1.25v with liquid metal. Gaming Nexus covered a 280mm AIO setup on those chips, so similar temperatures should be achievable with a D15 on the 7920x.
