I've been struggling to understand why my CPU isn't boosting properly. Screenshots from Cinebench R23 show it's stuck on single core, even though the benchmark is set for multicore performance at 4.2 GHz. I've updated the BIOS, switched to Windows Balanced Power Plan, enabled XMP profile at 4600 MHz, and turned off ASUS PBO Fmax Enhancer. I'm running out of ideas but need it to boost to around 4.6 and actually run on single core. It also tends to favor C03 when using single-threaded mode, usually performing best on C01. My specs include an Asus ROG X570-F Ryzen 5600X with 360mm, AIO, and a Corsair VENGEANCE RGB RT 32GB RAM module.

AMD's specifications state it supports speeds up to 4.6 GHz during intense, single-threaded tasks. Benchmarks focusing on prolonged single-core performance don't match this capability. In reality, it mainly achieves that peak briefly.

It looks odd that it operates at 2-3 GHz on a single core. That’s a surprising detail. Plus, why didn’t they mention temperatures reaching 64°C? You’re getting 1277 points in Cinebench single core while others are hitting 1593.
