It's still quite low at 1.125v. Maintaining stability around 38-40 would be impressive. If gaming was the only activity, I'd handle 1.35v on the spire even with stress test throttling. However, your motherboard's VRM could get damaged.
I tried it at 3.7, reached 74c, likely due to room temperature at 24c. Since it ran under continuous synthetic load, the gaming scenario should work well.
