Upgrading your CPU would significantly boost performance for your 1080ti. Ideally, aim for at least 8 cores; otherwise, you won’t get much benefit from just 4 threads, and applications that struggle on 4 threads will still lag even at higher clock speeds.

I understand your point, but I made it clear I’m not seeking hardware recommendations. I’ve already achieved solid improvements using @HairlessMonkeyBoy.

The 1.27V level is sufficient. I've reached up to 1.30V for regular use, but I advise keeping it below 1.25V for others. Check if your DRAM voltage impacts performance. With enough testing, you'll notice which tests produce the most issues. Then prioritize those for quick checks between adjustments. Beyond main timings and frequency, the next key settings are tREFI and tRFC. They manage refresh intervals (higher is better) and refresh duration (lower is better). In short, the less frequent refreshes and shorter refresh times, the more capacity you have for other tasks. I can assist with tuning these if you're comfortable. Just keep in mind, they might lead to rare instability that’s tricky to fix.
