Assuming you're not relying on older storage solutions from the early 2000s, that would be correct.

It really depends on the specs, but it seems to be around 10% capacity. However, according to what I know, the Smart Hub is meant for Gigabit speeds. The simplest way would be to connect a Gigabit switch and link all PCs through one cable back to the router.
