Someone can assist you with this. The CPU typically reaches around 4.2 GHz in 4 cores, dropping to 4.175 and 4.15 on the rest. However, during gaming it only hits about 3.9 GHz. Consider enabling PBO or checking other settings for improvement.

You're seeing what's expected. Just adjust the PBO parameters and grab some clocks.

Pbo plus improved cooling. Ryzen will operate at its speed based on temperature limits.
