the orange glow behind your mobo is normal and usually harmless. it doesn’t indicate a problem with your motherboard. just make sure everything else is functioning properly.

A setting might exist in the bios. You could likely hide the glow with tape. (I favor orange over blue) Edited October 7, 2023 by leclod

Your board is working properly. On the packaging, under "high quality onboard audio design," it mentions LED audio trace lighting. That orange light indicates the path of the audio signal. You might be able to adjust it via BIOS or the RGB control panel if needed.
