You have an MSI motherboard with a working GPU and the BIOS is visible. The green light indicates it's powered on. Whether you need a GPU to view BIOS depends on your setup—some systems require both for full functionality, while others can boot without it. Check your motherboard manual or manufacturer guidelines for specific requirements. Your fans aren’t an issue, and the USB port should work unless there’s a physical obstruction. The MSI MAG B650 Tomahawk WiFi fits these conditions.

A GPU is needed to view any output, whether from a dedicated card or integrated graphics. It works, so everything should function properly. Your motherboard is compatible with that CPU. https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/MAG-B650...upport#cpu Check if you have any "clear CMOS" jumpers installed. Ensure there are no motherboard standoffs obstructing the socket. Replace the CPU and RAM one at a time. This issue is quite general and could stem from many causes.

It can run smoothly without a dedicated GPU thanks to built-in graphics capabilities. The BIOS key you’re asking about is correct—check your manual for the exact entry.

The CPU includes built-in graphics. Press SPAM during startup. On early BIOS versions, AM5 DDR5 boards may need up to 6 minutes to load on the first boot. Wait a moment.

It functioned once when I switched to a different HDMI cable in another port on my monitor. That’s not very smart.

Occasionally fixing issues can really stress you out, but it's nice to know it was easy!
