Hello, I recently upgraded several components on my PC. I purchased a new motherboard, an Intel i7 14700K CPU, Corsair Vengeance DDR5 RAM, a Corsair H150i Elite LCD cooler, and a Samsung 980 Pro SSD M.2. My build now includes: motherboard: Rog Strix Z690-F, CPU: Intel i7 14700K, RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR5 2x32GB at 6000MHz, cooler: Corsair H150i Elite LCD, storage: two Samsung 980 Pro SSDs, a 1TB Samsung 860 EVO SSD, and a 1200W ASUS ROG Strix 3090 GPU. I installed Windows on the first Samsung 980 Pro but it didn’t work. I removed everything from the old system and even took out the monitors, but nothing came together. I’ve checked all connections and cables—everything seems properly connected. The same issue occurred with the RAM modules; they didn’t install correctly. Someone might have advice or a solution.

When the VGA LED is active, test with the graphics card first. Check if the system starts normally after removing the graphics card and switching to built-in graphics. See if the performance differs when the graphics card is placed in another slot.

It starts after disconnecting the GPU... Does that suggest your GPU is faulty?
