Pc details: RAM: DDR4 3200MHz, 8GB; CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 3100; GPU: GeForce GTX (brand not specified); Storage: 1TB Samsung 980 NVMe M.2; PSU: AresGame AGV 500W. I built the system this morning and connected the PSU after finishing. The power button didn’t work, and the red DRAM LED appeared but no screen showed up. Possible fixes?

Have you already tried reinstalling the RAM? It’s possible the stick isn’t securely attached to the slot.

Are all positions yielding the same outcome? Has the CMOS been reset properly?

I recommend checking another RAM module if you can, since a DRAM LED usually signals a RAM problem.
