Your PC case may restrict the motherboard size you can use. For instance, with a HP Pavilion p6000 case and an ATX motherboard, you’re likely limited to ATX models. However, some cases support Micro-ATX or other sizes depending on the manufacturer’s specifications.

All ATX fits into EATX, all MATX goes into ATX, and all DTX fits in MATX. All ITX can be placed in DXT.
