I thought about constructing a white rig. The reason is the appearance—it looks nice. I plan to invest a bit more for an AIO platinum cooler. I’ll also look into RAM prices. What do you mean by the CPU 3700x?

They’re actually higher binned. I thought they were similar, but the local Zen2 forum shared real user experiences showing the 3800x performs better and keeps clocks stable at lower voltages. The 3600-3600x versions seem comparable, though some users report the x-designated ones work better. These reports might just be people trying to justify their choices.

Typically it's around 100-200MHz more, but that doesn't matter much for real-world use or gaming. Some lower-quality samples are even worse than better ones like the 3700X offered by Gamers Nexus.
