I'm planning to assemble a computer for general use—multitasking, programming, and rendering. My setup includes a Ryzen 7 3800X, Corsair Vengeance RGB 2x8GB RAM at 3600MHz, Sapphire Radeon RX 550, 4GB DDR4, and a Platinum PSU. I need a motherboard that supports overclocking CPU and RAM, is ATX compatible, and covers all essentials. I'm considering either an X570 or B450 model. My budget is around 150€ or less, and I prefer something simpler rather than a high-end X570. Let me know if you can advise on the best option.

You're in a budget-friendly setup with ATX boards that are quite affordable. The options include MSI B450 A-pro MAX, B450 Gaming Plus MAX, and B450 Tomahawk MAX MSI X470 Gaming Plus MAX. You're thinking about whether to go with a X570 board or stick with what you have. Many people prefer not to change because the chipset requires active cooling.

What is your budget and country? What matters most to you? Built-in Wi-Fi, six SATA ports, two M.2 slots... 30% of the build... God, AUIDIO, built-in RAID, eco-friendly power, strong enough for 90°C heat and 87% humidity. The lighting is bold and eye-catching to scare off demons on your graphics card case. Asus are great but usually cost 10-30% more than other brands. ASRock, MSI Gigabyte Biostar Onda, eBay! ASRock B450 Gaming/ITX AC... Get it... Buy it... It's the law.

Budget around 150€ in Catalonia, Spain. Focus on good audio quality. Needs M.2 slot, supports overclocking, and should fit well with existing components. Must work with the rest of the setup. No need for light or just a few LEDs/RGB—anything goes.

Catalonia, Spain. About 150€ less would be great if you can. The B450 looks decent. I’ve been checking out Tomahawk Max.

This situation means the remaining build steps don't align properly. The 3800X is simply a faster version of the 3700X, but it doesn't necessarily improve performance. RGB memory costs about 20% more just for the LEDs, and the cooler is too expensive for similar reasons.
