Here are your current PC specifications in a different format:

- Graphics: GTX 1070 with Ryzen 7 3800X
- Motherboard: MSI B450 Tomahawk
- RAM: 16GB DDR4 at 2400Hz
- GPU Cooler: Corsair Vengeance 650W
- Power Supply: EVGA Power Supply 1TB
- SSDs: 1TB Samsung 970 EVO M.2 + 128GB ADATA SSD
- Storage: 1TB HDD
- Games played: Call of Duty Modern Warfare, Shadow of the Tomb Raider (DX11 only)

I noticed crashes with DirectX errors and DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE in DX12. After updating to an i5 6600K CPU and changing the motherboard, the issues stopped. It seems the problem might be related to the CPU or motherboard compatibility. Let me know if you need more help!

I believe you should revise your bios since some b450 models had problems with 3rd Gen Ryzen, such as running PCIe Gen 4 on a gen 3 GPU or vice versa. This issue occurred recently with a friend, but a bios update resolved it.

I performed a new setup using DDU and even reset the whole Windows system. The latest AMD chipset drivers were installed, but the problems persisted. It seems the issue might be with the motherboard's chipset. I’m considering purchasing an X470 or X570 model that has full compatibility.

You should probably get the faulty motherboard or address the unusual compatibility issue by swapping parts.
