You lack basic logic, so I won't elaborate beyond this. Only a handful of individuals face issues; you claim the game is terrible and most PC gamers are struggling, calling it a frustrating mess. That's ridiculous—check the Steam reviews and see what most PC gamers are saying. None of my friends experience the "crazy stutter and mouse lag" you mention, nor do I. In short, just because a few have a bug doesn't mean the whole game is bad, and most people likely don't share that problem.

Maybe you misunderstood my comment... Yes, your friends might not be facing the same problems, but many are dealing with similar challenges while the game remains playable. Still, there are definitely people who aren't affected, and experiences differ from person to person. Did the Steam reviews mention any recognized bugs that were noted in their feedback while saying the game runs smoothly? That would be interesting... Reviews often don't capture everything we need to know. I've looked into stuttering issues—though not extreme, it's noticeable and I never claimed it was severe—and mouse input lag or acceleration problems at 60fps when the game is locked. These issues seem common, possibly not all PC gamers will encounter them, but I wouldn't expect just a handful to face these problems.

Stutter will receive an update soon, though input lag remains typical. VSync must stay enabled and the preloaded frames for Bethesda titles appear to be high. I don’t believe the earlier issues were this severe—Skyrim has always been unreliable.
