I visited Microsoft but got no response. I just purchased a Wi-Fi/Bluetooth USB dongle and want to connect my controller to it. However, Windows 7 doesn’t recognize it, and my phone can’t find the PC either. I followed all the usual steps—set it to automatic, enabled discovery, allowed Bluetooth devices—but nothing works. The dongle’s Wi-Fi functions are fine, so the issue might be elsewhere. All drivers seem up-to-date, and I’m feeling really confused. Please help me.
