You're facing some Bluetooth audio challenges with your new PC setup. It sounds like the problem started after a recent build and involves both Bluetooth and audio synchronization issues. Despite troubleshooting antenna settings, driver updates, and network changes, you're still experiencing noticeable delays, audio dropouts, and occasional skipping. The issue seems to be more about the Bluetooth connection stability rather than hardware faults like headphones or GPU problems. You've ruled out other common causes such as SSD issues, fan behavior, and motherboard compatibility. Since you're open to suggestions, consider checking if your motherboard supports stable Bluetooth audio drivers or if there are firmware updates available for your specific chipset. If the problem persists, reaching out to AMD support directly might provide more targeted guidance.

What BT adapter are you employing? Which BT gadgets are connected? I attempted to refresh the drivers via the IOBit driver booster. The most recent AMD chipset drivers have been saved from AMD.

On the correct task menu and choosing Sounds, you may notice low audio clarity.

Check the device manager for network adapters. The BT chip is built into the Wi-Fi chip.

The RZ608 is an AMD-branded MediaTek Wi-Fi/BT module launched in 2021. Many AMD boards, such as my Asrock X670E, use Intel AX2xx chips, which have a proven track record. Choosing this chip on that board mainly depends on the manufacturer's decision rather than AMD specifications. The best advice is to keep the latest drivers installed and make sure the antennas are firmly connected.

Many B650/B650E boards rely on MediaTek firmware, while Intel drivers are still uncommon. I considered swapping to a more affordable X670 MMO, but the cost difference feels odd. Having used Intel systems and drivers before, I haven’t encountered issues. In this situation, it could be worthwhile. My main concern is whether the problem lies with the motherboard, CPU, or even the Ryzen 7000. Thanks for your thoughts! EDIT: I noticed the ROG STRIX X650E-A supports both Intel and AMD drivers for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Can I be confident it will work with my Ryzen as well? It’s listed there but I want certainty.

That's definitely something to consider. The main concern is whether the device actually exists in the first place. I noticed you're using a comparable motherboard with the same Bluetooth settings, so I'd like to know if you've encountered any problems before.
